For Young People

We have a specialised program for people aged 18-25 which involves exploring all avenues when starting out in the world of work or further education. Too often people are told they have to make decisions as they leave education and this can feel final and linear.

There are so many routes to success, we help young people to understand the curves. It’s about understanding what is the right learning or work environment based on a range of different personal needs.

These sessions are exploratory in nature and while building a CV may form a part of the program it’s also about how and who to approach for guidance. The language to use and how best to appeal to employers to stand out in a crowed marketplace. Timing is important when thinking about next steps after school or further education.

And we spend time on resilience being open to change, exploring which skills and experiences are transferrable.

The world of work is changing fast, the workforce is ageing and we’re here to help young people navigate career choices.

Sessions can be shorter (45mins) and people given the tools they need to approach professional life with confidence.
